With multiple trucks on the road,we’relooking for a leader who can not only manage a team—but also produce revenue, improve performance, and help scale operations. Position Overview We are seeking ahands-on Plumbing Supervisorwho leads from the front. This roleis responsible formanaging technicians, overseeing job quality, and actively contributing to revenue through fieldwork, high-level diagnostics, and closing larger or more complex jobs. This is not a desk-only position—you will be in the field, coaching, troubleshooting, and driving results. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Production * Perform advanced plumbing and leak detection work * Assisttechs on high-value or complex jobs * Help close and upsell larger jobs when opportunities arise Team Leadership * Supervise, train, and mentor plumbing technicians * Ride along with techs to improve performance and sales skills * Hold team members accountable for productivity and quality * Assistin hiring and onboarding new technicians Operations Management * Dispatch and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency * Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are met * Reduce callbacks through quality control and training * Work closely with office staff to keep operations smooth Quality & Customer Experience * Ensure all work meets company standards and code requirements * Handle escalated customer concerns professionally * Maintainstrong communicationwith customers on complex jobs Performance Tracking * Being aware ofKPIs such as: * Revenue per truck * Average ticket * Callback rate * Job completion times * Identifyareas for improvement and implement solutions Qualifications * 5+ years of plumbing experience (service and/or leak detection preferred) * Proven leadership orforemanexperience * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Ability to train and develop technicians * Experience with flat-rate pricing and upselling is a plus * Valid driver’s license WhatWe’reLooking For * A leader who takes ownership and drives results * Someone who can balanceproduction + management * Strong communicator with both customers and team members * Profit-minded and performance-driven Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base pay + performance incentives/bonuses * Health insurance * Dental insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Company vehicle * Paid time off Why Join Us * Opportunity to grow with a scaling company * Leadership role with real impact * Performance-based earning potential * Strong teamenvironment focused on winning
