Salary Range: $225,000 - $250,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities

• Focus exclusively on personal injury litigation
• Manage a caseload of 40-50 cases
• Engage in trial preparation and court appearances
• Collaborate with paralegals on discovery processes as needed
• Oversee litigation efforts within a structured department
• Serve as the primary trial attorney, stepping into leadership roles as necessary

Requirements

• Active California Bar membership
• 3-5+ years of litigation experience in personal injury (plaintiff only)
• Minimum of 2 years of strong trial experience
• 5+ years of litigation experience in personal injury is preferred
