Staff Nurse - Area Float Full Time Paid Training! Please know this is NOT a Seasonal role - training will be 10 weeks to prepare you to work the floor. What does the RN role entail? Team Leader - Looking for Growth and Career Development Thrives within a High Acuity team environment Full Time - Rotating base schedule 3 days and a minimum of 30 hours a week Comfortable working some weekends based on team needs Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs Paid Dialysis Training provided What does a successful RN look like? At least 1 year of hands on nursin g experience Experience within fast paced settings such as LTC / Acute, E R, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience Get to Know Us!
