Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support): Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP): Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field
- Recent experience with EPIC and Cerner

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and develop care plans.
- Implement care plans and monitor patient progress towards attaining outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide care in a safe and effective manner.
- Provide educational information to patients and families regarding health and treatment plans.
