Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long Term Care (LTC) experience
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient care skills
• Every other weekend required
