Relays this information to the Sales Rep and the Vendors.Assists with training of new staff.Assists Technical Manager of Special Orders with documents needed for the ordersWork with Sales Reps on fulfilling required information for special ordersProviding confirmed information to Sales Person and or vendorFollows through with Vendors for CNT informationCRM SPO managementProviding quotes to the SalesRepProviding necessary documents to confirm the orders with vendorsIssuing documents for approval while quote/ order is being preparedOther duties as assignedExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent sales and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.High school diploma or equivalent.At least two years related experience required.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.If you are a motivated professional with a passion for exceeding targets and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 commensurate with experienceWe offer a competitive salary along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
