As a Senior Engineer specializing in industrial wastewater treatment systems, you will serve as a technical leader and strategic contributor in the design and execution of complex projects. You will lead engineering efforts from conceptual design through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery. In this role, you will mentor junior and project engineers and engage directly with clients to develop innovative solutions for challenging industrial wastewater treatment needs.

Haskell executes projects ranging from $0.5 million to $100 million for clients in food and beverage, beer, wine and spirits, healthcare, and other industries across the U.S. and internationally.

What You Need To Thrive:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Licensure: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Environmental Engineering or related discipline.

Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial wastewater treatment design and project execution, including leadership roles.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of treatment technologies (biological, chemical, physical, advanced oxidation, membrane systems) and industrial wastewater hydraulics.

Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, hydraulic and/or biological process modeling tools.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead engineering design teams within budget and schedule.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
