Talent Acquisition Supervisor

To lead a dynamic team in a fully remote environment, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Supervisor will manage the candidate sourcing process, conduct performance reviews, and ensure alignment with organizational recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities Oversee the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions Conduct regular performance reviews and weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports to foster team development Develop and implement effective recruitment plans in collaboration with hiring managers to attract diverse talent Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience in talent acquisition Proficiency in HR technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools Experience in developing recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring leaders Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously Advanced Diversity Sourcing experience or AIRS certification is highly desired
