Commercial Lines Account Manager – Insurance Agency

Location: Lexington, S. C.
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary + commission dependant upon experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for servicing commercial insurance accounts, supporting producers, and delivering excellent customer service to our clients.

As a family-owned independent insurance agency , we take pride in providing personalized service and building lasting relationships with both our clients and our team.

Responsibilities

• Service and manage a book of commercial insurance accounts
• Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Prepare certificates of insurance and other policy documents
• Respond to client requests by phone and email in a timely manner
• Partner with producers to support new and renewal business, including preparing quotes
• Communicate with carriers to resolve policy and service issues
• Report claims to the carrier
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Commercial insurance experience preferred
• Experience with Applied Epic is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• A team player

Work Location

This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
