Position Summary Human Resources – Full time – 300 Ocean Avenue, Revere, MAJob Title: Benefits ManagerOverall Responsibilities: Conduct new hire onboarding orientations for benefit and non‑benefit‑eligible staff. Administer health and welfare benefit plans including medical, dental, life, disability, and supplemental programs. Launch annual benefits open enrollment and ensure compliance with election deadlines. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws affecting group benefit management, including ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, Section 125, and state regulations. Audit enrollment data for accuracy; reconcile and process monthly carrier premium invoices, ensuring timely payment. Collaborate with vendors and third‑party administrators to ensure accurate and efficient claims administration and customer service. Oversee eligibility, tracking, and reporting for Worker’s Compensation, FMLA and ADA accommodations. Manage benefits adjustments related to leaves of absence, return‑to‑work, and end‑of‑employment for medical, dental, life, and disability plans. Advise and counsel employees on existing benefits; maintain contact with carriers, TPAs, employees, and beneficiaries to facilitate full utilization of benefits. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3 – 5 years of benefits experience, preferably in health care. Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required. Workday HCM experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Schedule & Compensation Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Salary range: $70,720 – $110,240, final salary based on experience.
