Strategic New Business Growth Manager

HumanEdge is a growing Staffing firm focused on delivering innovative staffing solutions to our clients. We are looking for a driven and strategic New Business Development Manager to help expand our market presence and build strong client relationships. Role Overview As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping our expansion strategy and representing the company to prospective clients and partners. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners Track and report on sales performance and market insights Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills Experience in Staffing is preferred Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for career growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr HumanEdge
