As an Associate Director of Sales, you will lead strategic business development initiatives focused on expanding enterprise relationships within the private sector. In this senior role, you will drive revenue growth by managing complex SaaS sales cycles, cultivating executive-level partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Working in a dynamic, global, and fully remote environment, you will help shape commercial strategy while contributing to product direction and long-term business growth. Accountabilities

• Lead sales activities across assigned territories and industry verticals, developing strategic account plans to achieve ambitious revenue and growth objectives.
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation, contract execution, and successful deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, particularly within financial institutions, cryptocurrency exchanges, and other private-sector organizations.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and customer success teams to align commercial strategies and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance tracking while leveraging CRM platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, customer success initiatives, and demand generation efforts in partnership with internal teams.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, customer meetings, and business events to strengthen market presence and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor key sales performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations that support business planning, customer retention, and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of successful full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Bachelor's degree required; an MBA, Master's degree, or additional technical qualifications are considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience selling enterprise software solutions to executive-level decision-makers within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency ecosystems, digital assets, or related financial technologies.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and strategic partners.
• Experience managing sales forecasts, CRM systems (such as Salesforce), pipeline development, and customer relationship management.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
