Fischione Instruments is seeking a CNC Machinist for our world-class manufacturing facility located in Export, PA. Our CNC Machinist is responsible for operating, programming and maintaining CNC machines to produce intricate, close tolerance of small advanced-precision parts and components. Machinists will ensure low volume production runs are done in a safe and efficient manner producing high quality parts. 

Core Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes to produce small, tight-tolerance parts
- Operate machinery in a prototype / low-volume production environment
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings with the ability to go from print to part
- Use and maintain measuring tools to ensure parts are produced to specification
- Use and maintain hand tools including the sharpening of drills and cutting tools
- Ability to conduct periodic maintenance, troubleshoot and limited repairs on machines

Qualification and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years machining experience including setup and operation of CNC equipment
- Must have mathematical skills including trigonometry, geometry and simple math
- Must possess strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to high quality standards
- Must possess strong knowledge of CNC machine programming (Both G and M Code)
- Manual machining experience is highly desirable
Physical requirements:
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, kneel and lift material, up to 40lbs

Working Hours:
First Shift Only - 7:00am - 3:30pm 

Salary Information: $25.00+/hr (skilled based pay)
