Bilingual Executive Personal Assistant - Miami, FL

Our client is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will provide high-level administrative support while assisting with select personal and family office-related responsibilities. Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Coordinate domestic and international travel and itineraries Handle expenses, administrative tasks, and confidential information Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders Assist with personal projects and family office-related coordination as needed Anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations Qualifications: 2-5+ years of executive support experience in a fast-paced environment Family office, finance, technology, or professional services experience preferred Bachelor's degree required Fluent in English and Spanish Highly organized, resourceful, and able to exercise sound judgment with discretion Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
