Were looking for passionate BBQ chefs who know their way around smoke, fire, and flavor from slow-smoked brisket and ribs to Asian-style Yakiniku and hotpot grill. If you love working with premium meats and want to help develop bold, unforgettable flavors for a next-generation dining concept, this is your role./ppResponsibilities:/pulliSmoke, grill, and prepare high-quality meats (brisket, ribs, chicken, pork belly, Wagyu, lamb, etc.)/liliBalance flavors and techniques between American BBQ and Asian BBQ/liliSlice, marinate, and season proteins for both BBQ and hotpot service/liliMaintain consistency in marinades, rubs, and smoke profiles/liliMaintain kitchen cleanliness and follow strict food safety standards/liliCollaborate with the team to test new recipes and develop new menu items/liliSupport delivery operations, including proper packaging, portioning, and quality control for off-site orders/liliAssist with inventory management and prep list planning/liliWork evening/night shifts (4 PM 12 AM) and support peak dinner service/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliExperience in American BBQ (smoking, grilling, slow-cooking) strongly preferred/liliKitchen experience in Chinese or Asian cuisine (Hotpot/Yakiniku) is a plus/liliStrong knife skills and attention to detail/liliInterest in product development and menu innovation/liliExperience with or interest in delivery prep and packaging is a plus/liliTeam player with a great attitude and communication skills/liliSpeaks Chinese / Cantonese (preferred but not required)/liliCan work nights, weekends, and holidays/liliAuthorized to work in the U.S./liliServSafe or California Food Handler certification is a plus/liliAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily kitchen work/li/ulpBenefits:/pulliCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience)/liliFree staff meals every shift/liliGrowth opportunities into lead/sous chef and RD positions/liliFun, fast-paced team and supportive work environment/li/ul/div
