Accounting Manager

Overview Location: Bridgeville, PA - 100% Onsite Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Work Authorization: No sponsorship or 3rd parties The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an Accounting Manager. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of progressive accounting experience within manufacturing as well as 2+ years of management experience. Ideally, the candidate will have experience working with an international or global organization. Responsibilities Manage financial close process and prepare accurate financials to ensure timely reporting to corporate and joint venture partners Oversee cost accounting processes including inventory control Analyze manufacturing variances and identify cost savings Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements Lead and develop accounting staff including supporting team development and employee engagement Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field CPA, MBA or CMA preferred Required Experience: 8+ years of progressive accounting within a manufacturing environment 2+ years managerial or supervisory experience Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards Strong communication skills both written and verbal Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
