Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16$18 per hour

Shift: 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Professional? You'll be:

• Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries via telephone, written, web, or walk-in channels
• Performing research and adapting responses to resolve non-routine inquiries, including processing adjustments or initiating further investigation
• Accurately documenting customer inquiries and maintaining detailed records on complaints and comments
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer problems and responding to priority inquiries or special projects as requested by management
• Offering feedback and recommendations for process improvements and assisting with training new employees and cross-training coworkers

• Have strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Have at least 2 years of Call Center experience (required)
• Can work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC
• Have open availability to work and 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm
• Can maintain accurate records and documentation in a fast-paced environment
• Are detail-oriented and able to meet departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards
• Enjoy working collaboratively and are open to assisting with process improvements and cross-training
