Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiology

Job Details:
Outpatient cardiology clinic position for experienced ARNP or PA on a locum tenens basis
Clinic-only position with no inpatient, hospital rounding or procedural responsibilities
Manage follow-up visits after procedures, annual cardiology visits, and acute outpatient cardiology visits
Provide inbox coverage for providers who are out of the office
Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm with no call or weekends required
Approximately 16 patient visits per day
Follow-up and established patient visits only, no consultations
Must have strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills
Must be comfortable working independently within a team-based care model
Must be proficient in interpreting cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing results
Experience with Epic EMR system required
Active Washington state license and DEA required
Clean malpractice history highly preferred
Assignment duration: 6-9 months with potential to start as soon as credentialed
Credentialing timeframe up to 90 days
Full support staff including MAs, RNs, and front office personnel

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
