POSITION SUMMARY

As an Owner Relations Manager at Great Ocean Condos, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with property owners , ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering prompt, personalized service to our valued clients. With a cheerful presence and excellent communication skills you will thrive in this dynamic role, working independently and collaboratively to prioritize tasks and achieve company goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build relationships with our property owners, acting as the main point of contact for our current property owners
• Communicate effectively both within the company and with clients, ensuring prompt service
• Maintain owner Property Records and discuss marketing, amenity suggestions and changes with owners
• Recommending and applying Dynamic Pricing for increases/decreases and update property management software and web services as needed
• Effectively communicate all aspects of our rental program to buyers, therefore starting to build your own owner client databas
• Handle owner accounting and reporting at month end

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel, vacation rental, or property management, with a strong understanding of guest and owner relations.
• Some college coursework in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and retention.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails, handle phone inquiries, and provide clear, prompt follow-ups.
• Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital communication tools.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, track owner concerns, and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.A cheerful presence and great people skills.
• Posses strong oral and written communication skills.
• Be a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
• Have strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google family of products

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 Salary

Bonus

Annual Bonus $2000 - $8000 based off Great Ocean Condos achieving key business results (NOI results, Unit growth and Guest review scores).

Schedule

Full time, 5 days a week with weekends required, have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and evenings as needed
