Enterprise Project Manager

Bringing structure and accountability to strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Enterprise Project Manager will lead enterprise-wide projects, develop actionable plans, and partner with executive leadership to ensure successful project execution. Key responsibilities Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects from planning through execution Develop project plans, timelines, and accountability structures while monitoring project progress Facilitate decision-making and alignment across stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field Healthcare experience required, preferably within an ASC or healthcare services organization Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to identify risks and dependencies Experience creating and managing project management tools and reporting frameworks
