Axia Residential is expanding across the Southeast, and we’re building a pipeline of high-performing Leasing Consultants for upcoming opportunities.
No immediate opening? No problem.
Top candidates in our pipeline are fast-tracked when positions open.
What You’ll Be Doing
Tour prospects and convert leads into leases
Manage inbound calls, online inquiries, and follow-ups
Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and specials
Support resident retention and deliver excellent customer service
Assist with marketing efforts and community events
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience (multifamily preferred)
Proven ability to close and hit leasing goals
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working weekends and a dynamic schedule
