Rapidly growing residential real estate law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its expanding Charlotte Office . This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who enjoys taking ownership of transactions from pre-closing through post-closing and wants to play a meaningful role within a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm environment. The team operates in a modern, paperless environment and offers significant visibility, responsibility, and long-term growth potential.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential real estate paralegal experience.

• Experience handling files from contract through closing.

• Strong knowledge of residential purchase and sale transactions .

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Experience with Qualia preferred but not required.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 - $100,000 DOE
