Machine Operator - Production Worker Machine Operator - Production Operator Location: Baldwin, WI Pay Rate: $17 - $21.00 Hourly Employment Type: Full Time (Temp-to-Hire) Experience: Entry Level Join a Growing Leader in Medical Plastics Manufacturing! Position: Machine Operator - Production Operator Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Rotating schedule - work just 14 days a month!)
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Rotating schedule - work just 14 days a month!)
- 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
- 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am
- Operate plastic injection molding and extrusion machines in a clean-room environment to produce medical device components.
- Assemble small to medium-sized precision plastic parts with high attention to detail.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with strict medical standards.
- Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production runs, materials used, and any quality issues.
- Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in plastics or medical device manufacturing is a plus, but not required - we provide full training!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
