Operations Supply Chain & Quality - Finance Manager - M4 - (Hybrid)

Position OSQ Finance Manager – Strategic Sensors & Precision Strike (SSPS) Sub‑Strategic Business Unit Location Tewksbury, MA – Hybrid (onsite and offsite). U.S. Citizen required. Salary 107,500 – 204,500 USD per year Responsibilities Lead a team of three Finance Analysts, overseeing weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis processes including EACs, EVMS, and other performance metrics. Execute change‑management protocols and generate value through critical analysis for executing originations. Prioritize and allocate resources within a geographically dispersed, deadline‑driven environment. Maintain accuracy and integrity of labor and financial analysis, incorporating best practices. Collaborate with multi‑functional stakeholder environments; build business relationships and trust with all stakeholders. Analyze operational, financial, and program performance metrics; prepare data for quarterly EAC review and AOP and cash forecasting. Package consolidated information into executive‑level reports and presentations for leadership evaluation. Provide subject‑matter expertise on material EACs cradle‑to‑grave (Gate 3 – Gate 11) and program lifecycle controls. Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Proficient in SAP (PRISM, Business Warehouse or similar), Microsoft Office. Ability to present business acumen to stakeholders without financial backgrounds. Strong communication skills – transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts, and relay critical information. Experience leading and managing finance teams in dynamic environments. Knowledge of material EACs, GAAP, command media disclosures, and program lifecycle controls. Capacity to work independently and with cross‑functional teams. Motivated to lead, manage, and grow teams of financial analysts.
