Job LocationCINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICESJob DescriptionWe are looking for someone to join our Communications organization in Cincinnati, Ohio and become a critical member of the North America Beauty team, working on our beauty brands. This role will lead influencer marketing strategy, relations, and management to build affinity for the brand and business results. Responsibilities:Serve as team leader for Influencer marketing multi-functional teamLead Influencer strategy designed to meet business objectivesLead identification of Influencers to match brand’s equity and criteria for partnershipManage Influencer relationships, brief development, and ongoing communicationsLead content management of design process, timing, and reportingLead Influencer internal team with direct reportPartner with multi-functional team on contract management, paid media strategy, social landscape assessments, creative best practices, and business plans.Manage budget and program performance reportsWe are looking for driven individuals who have a passion for:Building and managing relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders to solve business problemsSocial media and digital content expertiseStorytelling and co-creating compelling and inclusive content that reaches and resonates with consumersOperational discipline to manage logistics and reportingCollaboration with cross-functional team members and agency partnersJob QualificationsBachelor's DegreeExpertise in social media, digital marketing, and digital influencersExperience leading teams and direct reportsStrong written communications skillsMaintains a growth mindset and values experimentationShows adaptability and strong learning agility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExhibits the ability to pivot quickly and effectively in response to changing priorities and circumstancesPreferred Qualifications: Previous work in social media, influencer relations (ideally 5 years) Starting Pay/Salary Range: $110,000 – $165,300Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
