Our employees consistently recognize us as a Best Place to Work because we go above and beyond to ensure that you feel valued, supported, and empowered.About YouWe’re looking for someone who has:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or other related field.Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure is required.15+ years of experience leading projects from a technical perspective (water, wastewater and stormwater conveyance including pump stations; wastewater treatment experience a plus)Strong technical background and experience in designing water/wastewater utility systems, pipelines, pump stations, storage.Proven experience in developing project plans, anticipating and addressing project issues, leading meetings with clients, and directing the completion of technical reports and designs.Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality reports and technical memoranda; preparation and sealing design plans and specifications; strong attention to detail.Proficient working experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Power BI software.Knowledge of hydraulic models, Civil 3D/Revit, and SpecLink.Existing relationships with MSDGC, GCWW, SD1, DOSD, DOW, or other local municipalities are a plus. Our team of project professionals will provide you with support and flexibility, allowing you to produce high-quality work while maintaining a work-life balance. Our projects are engaging, challenging, and have a significant impact on the communities we serve.
