Construction Skilled Laborer (CDL Driver)

Job Description

Position SummaryWe are hiring Construction Skilled Laborers with a Class A CDL to support underground utility construction projects in the Tempe / Phoenix area. This role involves physical labor, operating small construction equipment, driving company trucks, and assisting with underground utility installation.ResponsibilitiesPerform manual labor for underground utility construction projectsAssist with trenching, digging, and conduit installationLoad and unload materials and equipmentOperate small construction equipment as neededDrive company trucks to and from job sitesMaintain clean and safe job sitesFollow direction from the Foreman and crew leadsRequirementsValid Class A CDLCurrent DOT Medical CardOSHA 10 CertificationClean driving recordAbility to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to work as part of a construction crewPreferredExperience in underground or utility constructionBilingual English/SpanishBenefits401(k) with company matchHealth, vision, and life insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementWork Location: Phoenix / Tempe, AZJob Type: Full-Time
