Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction and remodeling projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, outlining progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction and remodeling industry.
• Proven experience in managing commercial projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
