Service Advisor

CSM Kenworth in Columbus is seeking a customer service focused individual to take on the Service Advisor role! Excellent starting wage and comprehensive benefits offered. We are a successful and growing dealer group with locations in over four states that is looking to add another valuable member to our high performing team!Responsibilities:Create a positive initial contact with service customersEnsure that all service phone calls are handled professionally and expedientlyWork closely with shop foremen to schedule service repairsPerform additional duties as required by the Service ManagerPerform all required tasks in accordance with company Standard Operating ProceduresPrimary Duties:Open work ordersDiscuss service issues with customer and create an accurate description of customer's service problems and requestsDetermine method of payment and explain payment requirements to customer before work commencesMaintain communication with customer as necessary during the repair processMaintain complete knowledge of OEM and vendor warrantiesCloses repair ordersRequirements:Ability to work in a dealership environment with frequent exposure to weather elementsWillingness and ability to work up to 12 hours per day as requiredAbility to sell service workAbility to work with customers in a variety of situationsGood writing and communication skillsSufficient computer skillsAbility to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and or lift/move up to 75 lbs on a regular basis #J-18808-Ljbffr CSM Companies, Inc
