We’re a fast-growing ecommerce agency seeking a proactive and strategic Brand Manager to lead client relationships across key marketplaces—especially Amazon , and Walmart. Also looking for experience with Target Marketplace, Google & Meta ads. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment and has a deep understanding of marketplace operations and client communication.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in a small and quickly growing company. Our ideal candidate is excited about learning new things, is comfortable working on projects they may not be familiar with, and is willing to travel to meet clients, for tradeshows, etc. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and monetary reward, with monthly bonuses rewarded to all Brand Managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ecommerce clients
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, advertising, operations) to deliver on client goals
\n
• Analyze performance data and prepare actionable insights and reports
\n
• Ensure all listings, ads, and promotions meet platform and compliance standards
\n
• Drive client growth through optimization strategies, upselling, and retention efforts
\n
• Stay up-to-date with platform changes and industry trends to proactively advise clients
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably at an ecommerce or marketing agency
\n
• Proven experience managing brands on Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplaces
\n
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, PPC, and listing optimization
\n
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
\n
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
\n

• $60-70k salary range DOE
