Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our clinical operations, engaging with couples and families to facilitate therapeutic progress. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions to address a range of issues, including but not limited to marital conflicts, communication difficulties, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and job-related stress.

• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to family systems, including Structural Family Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to promote healing and growth.
\n
• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with our patients’ goals, documenting progress, and adjusting interventions as needed to meet their evolving needs.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to foster collaboration and share insights for holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will entail working with a diverse patient population, including adults and children/adolescents. You will address a variety of mental health challenges across different family structures, emphasizing systemic dynamics and relational patterns that impact overall well-being. By engaging with clients in both individual and family formats, you will contribute to effective treatment outcomes that significantly enhance their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Currently hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Have earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n
