What You’ll Do

• Run qualified, pre-set, high-intent leads — NO cold calling
• Perform in-home comfort and equipment evaluations
• Present Good/Better/Best system options
• Offer financing and close replacement sales
• Follow Patriot’s 5-star customer experience process
• Document notes and options in our CRM
• Work closely with install and operations teams to ensure smooth jobs

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC sales experience preferred — willing to train the right closer
• Strong communicator with confidence and professionalism
• Coachable, motivated, and hungry to earn six figures
• Clean driving record
• Willing to run some evenings/weekends
• Customer-first mindset and great people skills
• Someone who wants a long-term home with a growing, family-owned company

Work Environment

This is a field-based, on-the-road role. You will run in-home appointments using a take-home company vehicle.
Training, meetings, and support are based out of our Langhorne/Bristol area office.

About the Role:

Superior Tank and Energy Company is looking for a motivated and personable HVAC Salesperson / Comfort Advisor to join our growing team in Bristol, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to help homeowners and businesses find the right heating and cooling solutions while building a rewarding career in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess customer HVAC needs and recommend tailored comfort solutions
• Present and sell heating, cooling, and energy efficiency products and services to residential and commercial clients
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and sales agreements for HVAC system installations and replacements
• Follow up on leads generated through company marketing, referrals, and service technician handoffs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Stay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and energy-efficiency incentives and rebates
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to completion

Requirements:

• Prior experience in HVAC sales, home services sales, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners and business decision-makers
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to manage a sales pipeline
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and energy efficiency concepts is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Proficiency with CRM software or willingness to learn sales tracking tools
