We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a  Disability Case Coordinator in  Endicott , NY. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our case management process, requiring strong organizational skills, accuracy, and adaptability.

As the Disability Case Coordinator, you’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, from managing electronic queues and organizing case files to scanning, indexing, and maintaining confidential materials. Your ability to manage shifting priorities, support essential clerical functions, and provide reliable phone coverage will make you an integral part of our team.

Major Duties

• Assigning cases from electronic queues.
• Organizing case file information for medical evidence requests and claimant contact.
• Reviewing incoming electronic and paper folders for appropriate actions.
• Sorting and delivering paper mail/folders.
• Identifying and managing medical evidence and forms.
• Performing electronic case queries.
• Handling photocopying, faxing, and scanning tasks.
• Maintaining printer supplies and ensuring smooth office operations.
• Providing phone coverage and other clerical support as required.

Exciting Opportunity Details

• Rate: $20.00 per hour.
• Length of engagement: September 2026 - March 2029
• Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
• Location: Endicott, NY (13760).
