Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, reviewing medical history and assessments to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting processes.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on patient assessments, current clinical guidelines, and the unique presentations of each case.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care teams, recognizing changes in patient conditions that may necessitate revisions to treatment plans.
• Manage discharge planning and ensure appropriate follow-up care, documenting all patient care activities meticulously and timely.
• Maintain an organized schedule and demonstrate efficient time management while meeting productivity expectations.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the services of Top Performance Rehab Services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and serving as a clinical instructor for students in the field.
• Promote accessibility and patient engagement by identifying and addressing barriers to care within our practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic focuses primarily on patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will be working with a diverse patient demographic that ranges from young athletes to seniors maintaining an active lifestyle. Each patient will benefit from a personalized approach tailored to their unique needs and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• State licensure for physical therapy practice in Florida.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly valued but not mandatory; we welcome new graduates eager to learn.

Compensation and Benefits
