We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates to join a growing team at a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in production, assembly, packaging, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments who are looking for competitive pay, stable hours, and long-term career opportunities. You will work in a fast-paced environment assembling and packaging products, supporting automated production processes, performing quality inspections, and helping maintain production goals and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products on a high-speed production line
• Handle small parts with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Rotate between sitting, standing, and palletizing positions throughout the shift
• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet company standards
• Support machine operations and automated packaging equipment
• Load materials and finished products onto pallets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet hourly production goals while following established procedures

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of production, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attendance record and reliability
• Experience working around machinery or assembly lines is preferred
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards

Work Environment

This position is located in a state-of-the-art production facility with strict quality and safety standards. Employees work rotating 12-hour shifts and rotate between standing, sitting, and palletizing duties. The facility provides designated break areas, training resources, and a highly organized work environment focused on safety, cleanliness, and production excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.80 - $21.80/hr.
