Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and challenges.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups through both telehealth sessions and in-person meetings, adapting methods to fit the context and needs of each client.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards as established by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), maintaining professionalism in all client interactions.

• Document clinical notes and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system in a timely and HIPAA-compliant manner to facilitate comprehensive patient care and tracking.

• Engage with other healthcare providers and community resources to support client needs and enhance service delivery, fostering a multi-disciplinary approach to mental health.

• Participate in optional team meetings focused on professional development, peer support, and continuing education opportunities to further enhance skills and knowledge.

Your work will reflect a commitment to serving a wide range of clients, including those facing trauma, life transitions, grief, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. The position is particularly well-suited for those who have experience working with underserved communities, recognizing the distinct cultural needs and barriers that may impact mental health access and treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active LCSW license in the state of California, in good standing.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy, ideally in diverse and community-focused settings.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms, or a willingness to learn and adapt to our technology for effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Bilingual skills in languages such as Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Mandarin.

• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, motivational interviewing, or somatic therapies.

• Experience working within underserved communities, school-based programs, or community mental health initiatives.

• Comfort in using EHR systems like SimplePractice or TherapyNotes to ensure efficient and effective clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• A competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
