Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to assess mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and establish therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods in counseling sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing tailored strategies to foster emotional resilience and promote personal growth.

• Document clinical interactions and client progress accurately and expediently in compliance with California state regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
