Introduction Your Tasks Ensuring the supply of high-quality food raw materials to our manufacturing sites Identifying new sources of supply and selecting suitable suppliers in collaboration with Research & Development Supporting supplier management and actively developing existing partnerships Participating in and independently leading contract negotiations within the procurement process Preparing tender comparisons and contracts, and monitoring procurement-related key performance indicators Conducting supplier and trade fair visits as well as audits in Germany and abroad Complaints processing Identifying potential for optimisation in procurement and implementing appropriate measures in collaboration with other departments Involvement in projects Taking on responsibility and the opportunity to develop into a strategic procurement role Your Profile A successfully completed degree in economics or a commercial training with relevant further training Ideally, some initial experience in the food or agricultural sector Language skills: German (CEF C1), English (CEF B2) Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel High degree of reliability and loyalty, combined with an independent and goal-orientated way of working Confident and committed demeanour, with strong communication skills and assertiveness We Offer Extensive onboarding Flexible working hours Christmas and holiday bonus Regular team events Workplace health promotion Company pension scheme Interested?
