The role emphasizes collaboration, coordination, and consultation with nursing leadership, primary nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless transplant care./ppPosition Overview:/ppThe Clinical Transplant Coordinator manages the complex transplant process by organizing multidisciplinary efforts, ensuring compliance with protocols, and supporting both patient and donor care. This position acts as a liaison among team members, fostering collaboration and contributing to positive patient outcomes throughout the transplant journey.
