Backed by Sheppard Pratt – the nation’s largest private, nonprofit behavioral health provider – Sheppard Pratt Solutions partners with community hospitals to expand access to high‑quality mental health care, bringing essential services closer to those in need. You will provide compassionate care, conduct psychosocial assessments, deliver individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborate with treatment teams to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. Specific responsibilities will include: Offering supportive counseling and monitoring progress toward treatment goals. Collaborating with treatment team members to communicate patient progress and contribute to treatment planning and aftercare planning processes. Participating in family meetings and collaborative care sessions as needed to support holistic patient care. Qualifications Must possess one of the following Massachusetts licenses at time of hire: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, LICSW Licensed Certified Social Worker, LCSW 2 years of experience in a mental health setting. Pay for this position is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to license, years, and level of related experience. The pay range is $61,000 – $88,000.
