Summary: Completes daily maintenance duties for entire property.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up and tears down concerts, meetings, etc in convention center.
• Responsible for snow removal on property.
• Daily maintenance duties for casino and hotel as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Communicating maintenance needs to supervisor or manager.
• Repair of kitchen equipment, property structures as advised by manager.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Language Skills:

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Computer Skills:

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
