Job Description We are looking for a Domino's Assistant Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage staff, control costs, handle customer service, and support business growth. Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including: Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations Staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining a perfect image, and adherence to standards Great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability Operating all equipment and preparing products Stocking ingredients, receiving and processing telephone orders Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork Cleaning equipment and facilities daily Communicating verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers Using a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders Managing cash, making correct monetary change, and processing orders accurately Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures Job Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes Strong communication, verbal and written skills Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Ability to make correct monetary change Physical ability to stoop, bend, crouch, reach, lift, and handle tools such as pizza peel and cutter Ability to drive, drive in adverse terrain, and continue working while on the move Experience with or ability to learn food safety and operational standards Job Benefits Flexible Schedules Paid Training Advancement Opportunities Meal Discounts Retirement Plan (eligibility requirements) Group Health Insurance (eligibility requirements) #J-18808-Ljbffr Domino's Franchise
