American Drilling Company is looking for CNC Lathe Programmers/Operators. Candidates should possess a desire to learn and be successful, and the ability to follow-through on what he or she is asked to do, a great attitude, and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. We are a fast-growing, Southern California-based manufacturer of precision-engineered products for aerospace, industrial, and medical end markets with state-of-the-art capital equipment that operates in an AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 production environment. The Company's capabilities include CNC turning, CNC mill/turn, CNC milling, CNC Swiss turning, Gundrilling, Honing, and traditional drilling. Responsibilities:

• Operate precision machines.
• Machine set-up.
• Load and unload parts.
• Make machine adjustments.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Read part drawings and blueprints.
• Perform daily required machine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Cross-train in other machine tools as necessary.
• Assume other activities and responsibilities as directed.
