A leading law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a proactive Technical Support Analyst to resolve IT issues and support end-users effectively. Responsibilities include providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking, as well as assisting with employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT support, solid knowledge of Microsoft products, and strong problem-solving abilities.
