About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technology support across our offices (Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Seattle, and Ohio) and remote workforce. The role requires a 3:1 macOS‑to‑Windows environment and a SOC 2‑compliant, cloud‑first culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent troubleshooting skills, and is comfortable operating within a compliance‑heavy setting. Responsibilities Provide in‑office and remote support for macOS and Windows devices Troubleshoot and maintain laptops, networking, AV/office equipment, and peripherals Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, including provisioning hardware, SaaS access, and training Manage identity and access with Okta (primary SSO), Google Workspace, and Active Directory; experience with OneLogin or JumpCloud is a plus Deploy and manage devices with Mosyle (macOS) and JumpCloud (Windows); experience with Intune or Jamf is highly transferable Support collaboration platforms: Slack, Zoom, Asana, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Adobe Creative Suite, Dropbox Maintain accurate asset inventory and assist with SOC 2 compliance (documentation, access reviews, audits) Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles and user guides Partner with Security, Legal, and DevOps teams to ensure systems meet compliance and security best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment Experience supporting IT operations in SOC 2 or other compliance‑heavy environments Background in SaaS‑heavy organizations (ad tech, media, or startup environments preferred) Strong expertise in macOS and Windows troubleshooting, imaging, and lifecycle management Experience with modern MDM platforms: Mosyle (macOS) and JumpCloud (Windows); Intune, Jamf, or similar tools are a plus Okta SSO administration (identity lifecycle, MFA, provisioning); experience with OneLogin or JumpCloud is welcome Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration Active Directory (Azure AD and on‑prem) Ticketing systems: Freshservice, Jira Service Desk, or similar Familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike) Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills; capable of supporting executives as well as general staff Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated; thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Benefits & Perks Base salary $70,000 – $90,000 100% company‑paid health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents, plus life insurance and disability coverage Unlimited paid time off – we trust your discretion Profit sharing, bonuses, and equity opportunities 401(k) plan with company match Cell phone reimbursement Inclusive and diverse workplace; equal opportunity employer Infillion is an equal‑opportunity employer.
