Key Responsibilities

The role of a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Adelphi Healthcare Services encompasses a variety of critical responsibilities, aimed at delivering quality mental health care to our clients.

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and therapeutic group sessions, where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn strategies from one another.
• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling sessions to explore complex thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, assisting clients in developing coping mechanisms and actionable plans for their recovery.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to devise individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences.
• Progress Monitoring: Assess and track clients' progress utilizing standardized assessment tools and methodologies, providing feedback and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, regularly communicating with colleagues to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses specifically on young adults aged 18 to 30, dealing with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By utilizing evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will positively impact clients' mental health and life trajectories.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure: Must possess a current and valid LCPC license to practice in the state of Nevada.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in technology for telehealth practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working specifically with young adults in a mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and evidence-based therapeutic techniques will be an asset.
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

Adelphi Healthcare Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
