Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and community resources.
• Provide a spectrum of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that prioritize client goals, ensuring active participation in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and comprehensive care delivery.
• Offer crisis intervention support, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans for clients in need of immediate assistance.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, imparting critical knowledge and support to foster community among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work closely with clients who are experiencing a range of mental health and substance use challenges. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and circumstances. You will play a pivotal role in addressing various issues, including addiction, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and depression, facilitating their path to recovery and improved well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Proven clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience working in outpatient or detox settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress and maintain compliance.
• Experience in leading therapeutic groups and conducting psychoeducation workshops.

Compensation and Benefits
