Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients entering the detox program, tailoring approaches to meet individual needs.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client outcomes as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the best possible therapeutic interventions are utilized.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health issues associated with substance use.
• Develop detailed treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and progress through meticulous documentation and follow-up.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, promoting a safe and supportive environment for all clients and staff within the detox center.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on clients struggling with substance use disorders, requiring a compassionate and understanding approach. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing not only their immediate detoxification needs but also the underlying mental health concerns that may contribute to their substance use. Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health or substance use treatment is essential.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited educational institution is required.
• Current and active LCSW licensure in the state of California is necessary.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
