Work Environment

As part of a detox center team, you will collaborate closely with other mental health professionals—including psychologists, addiction counselors, and nursing staff—to provide a continuum of care for patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans.
• Provide individualized counseling sessions that address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions designed to foster peer support and psychoeducation, focusing on shared experiences and coping skills.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, while coordinating emergency resources as needed.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to essential services and community resources, ensuring they navigate the healthcare system effectively.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Clients served at our detox center represent a diverse demographic, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and varying socioeconomic backgrounds. You will engage with clients facing acute challenges, ensuring that your interventions provide them with the tools they need for recovery and improved mental health outcomes. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical experience in providing social work and counseling services, preferably in substance abuse or mental health settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 yearly, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to base compensation, we provide a generous sign-on bonus for successful candidates.
