Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your training and clinical experience to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to guide patients through their recovery journeys.
• Monitor patients' progress systematically, adapting treatment interventions as necessary to foster successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and primary care providers, to implement integrated treatment approaches that address all aspects of clients' well-being.
• Support clients in managing psychotropic medications prescribed by medical providers, ensuring treatment adherence, monitoring for side effects, and evaluating effectiveness.
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on supporting adults undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits
